Creating a Professional Email Account
With Hostiviq hosting, you can create unlimited professional email accounts using your domain name.
Step 1: Log Into cPanel
Go to cpanel.hostiviq.com.ng and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Open Email Accounts
Under the Email section, click Email Accounts.
Step 3: Create the Account
- Click Create
- Enter the username (the part before the @)
- Select your domain from the dropdown
- Set a strong password
- Click Create Account
Step 4: Access Your Email
Access your email via:
- Webmail: Visit
mail.yourdomain.com - Email Client: Configure Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail using IMAP/SMTP settings
IMAP/SMTP Settings
Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com — Port 993 (SSL)
Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com — Port 465 (SSL)
Username: your full email address
Password: your email password
